T- 1 week and 1 day

Sleep: 7.5 hours

Food: paleo pancakes, bacon, eggs. spinach/steak/cucumber/pickle. walnuts. raisins. chocolate. prunes. game hen in the crockpot w/ carrots, asparagus, 2 garlic cloves, 1 onion, basil, zucchini.

Gym: 2 reps of 10 rounds of 70lbs.

Reflection: eh. no reflection.
